Hello,

I am using the FEMRegistrationFilter to register a smaller 3D image to a 
greater one. My problem is that it looks like that the resulting image 
has the same size as the smaller one so the warped image is clipped. Is 
there a possibility to set the size of the generated image to the size 
of the bigger one or how can I reserver more space for my image without 
changing the image data or the origin?
