I am currently using the example file CannySegmentationLevelSetImageFilter 
and i have some problems adjusting the parameters. 
I want to give the program an initial segmentation and then let the 
program refine this solely on values in the unsegmented image. When I run 
it, it seems the initial segmentation does not change, or change very 
little. 

Is it the advectionScaling, CurvatureScaling or PropagationScaling I 
should set high? (or some other variable?)

What I want to do is to register volume A with B, copy A's solution as an 
initial guess into B and then refine this guess, hoping to get close to 
B's solution. (I am looking for the ventricles in the brain).
