[Insight-users] Liver segmentation from CT Images

Hi All,
i want to segement Liver from CT images. 
What algorithm is best to do this? 
I tried Region Grwoing(Confidence Connected) and Level
Set( ThresholdSegmentationLevelSet) but didn't get
proper segmentation.
