Hi Lori,

Yeap, I misunderstood your question.

I though you were reading a DICOM series and writing
an image out of it.

My apologies for the confusion.

Can you send us your file "image.vtk" ?

or at least tell us the number of pixels that this
image has along every dimension ?

Is it really a 3D volume ? not a 2D image ?
