[Insight-users] cannot compile in VC7.NET

Hi,

I just extracted ITK ver 2.8 and installed CMake 2.4. I tried the 
HelloWorld example as the Software Guide says and obtained vcproj files.

However, when I tried to compile the generated project, it failed and had 
this error: "fatal error C1021: invalid preprocessor command 
'cmakedefine'". Can anyone tell me what else I should do make the project 
compilable?

I read that there was a ITK.dsw (VC++6) project to compile to 
generate .lib files to be included in the actual project. But I am using 
VC++7.NET and I couldn't find any other project files in the output nor 
Insight directory.
