Hi Liqin,

You are probably passing invalid filenames to the application.

That's the common reason for ITK applications to throw execptoins.


Please take a look at the "readme" file in this application:

      InsightApplications/GaussianMinimumErrorClassifiers

What file format are you using for feeding images into
this application ?

What file names are you using ?
