[Insight-users] Generalized Distance Transform

Is insight-journal.org having some problems still? I cannot get to this
link (or the subsequently posted  link) due to 'the operation timed out'

I would like to have a look at this, I'll accept an emailed copy if
that's ok. I use distance transform (Danielsson is better than mine! But
maybe yours is better )

in a shameless act of self-promotion, I'd like to point you to a new
distance transform filter that is available for ITK:

It computes a generalization of the squared euclidean distance
transform. Even if you don't have a need for the 
generalized version, it might be of interest because of the performance
in comparision to 
DanielssonDistanceMapImageFilter. I had speedups of up to 10 and would
like to know if you get something similar.
