Hi Gaurav,

ITK doesn't provide support for reading AVI files.

Please try using a tool such as ImageMagick in order
to extract slices out of your AVI animation file.

Note that AVI is a video format and it compresses images by
removing information that the human eye will not perceive.

An AVI file is not a good input format for medical image
processing.
