[Insight-users] FLTK problem

You need to build InsightApplications from the base directory . My guess 
is your are trying to build the sources in ImageViewer and not the 
directory one level above.

(The macro ADD_GUI_EXECUTABLE is defined in the top level CMakeLists.txt )
