[Insight-users] BSpline Registration and Mattes Mutual Information

Dear insight users,

I encountered a strangeness with Mattes Mutual Information and
BSpline Registration for a 2D imagepair according to DeformableRegistrationExample8.

First, I tried to register a artificial circle to a square (circle white, background black) and it works fine.
Then, I try to do the same on the inverted images, and it doesn't work at all.
It runs only for two iterations and doesn't change anything on the circle.
If I use MeanSquaresImageToImageMetric, it works fine again.
Does anybody have an idea, what could be the problem???
