Dear all,
 
I would like to buy some books on general medical image registration
methods/applications. 
I am thinking about the recommended books on the ITK website:
 
- Insight into Images: Principles and Practice for Segmentation,
Registration, and Image Analysis by Terry Yoo 
 
- Medical Image Registration by Joseph V. Hajnal
 
I was wondering whether any of you has other suggestions for good
books/material.
