[Insight-users] itk::GradientDifferenceImageToImageMetric

Hi Kathy,

there was some discussion about this metric in the list a while ago, and the
conclusion then was that the code did not work. The developers can correct
me if it has been fixed lately, but otherwise I don't think you can use it.
