[Insight-users] question on customized region from mask

Dear All,
 
I think I have read this topic somewhere in the software guide but I could not find it now. My question is if it is possible to define a customized region, e.g. generated from a binary image, to use it as a mask for some filter applications, e.g. binary thresholding. Thank you.sincerely
