Hi,
I use 3D DeformableRegistration8.cxx for register CT/CT images witch have
a big size. but itdoes not work because there is one problem with memory.
I try than, to apply regisration region bye region for the fixed image and
search it coreespond in the whole moving image, message of error for
"itk::mattesMutualInformationImageToImageMetric" shown this:: "too many
samples map outside moving image buffer:" : 0/26214
what is this problem?
anyone can help me?
