[Insight-users] problem installing myITKgui

hello,
 i installed FLTK 1.1.6, VTK 4.5 and ITK 2.4 and every thing was ok during the installation ( i didn't use rpms, but use the traditional way : extract package and use ccmake, and finally make and make install and make test for each directory)
 i installed the InsightApplications-2.4 package too the same way.
 first i didn't know why i didn't find the /usr/local/InsightApplications-2.4.0/Auxiliary/FltkImageViewer
 nor the 
 /usr/local/InsightApplications-2.4.0/Auxiliary/ITKFlFileWriter
 in the binary directory ( he didn't build it ?)
 second  when i tried to install the myITKgui app, he produce error :
 ccmake ../myITKgui
