[Insight-users] installing FLTK, where is OPENGL_glu_LIBRARY & OPENGL_xmesa_INCLUDE_DIR ?

hi all
 i'm installing fltk-1.1.6 in a linux Mandriva 2006 pc
 i extract package into /usr/local into fltk-1.1.6
 i create directory fltkbin-1.1.6
 in the console, under directory fltkbin-1.1.6 i type 
 $ ccmake ../fltk-1.1.6
 while configuring options, i dont know what to put in thoose field :
 OPENGL_glu_LIBRARY                         OPENGL_glu_LIBRARY-NOTFOUND
 OPENGL_xmesa_INCLUDE_DIR         OPENGL_xmesa_INCLUDE_DIR-NOTFOUND
