[Insight-users] Version of Gdcm in Itk 2.4.1

It's the latest of GDCM 1.0.x, and this branch is declared officially dead. No support will ever be done.
ITK CVS switch to GDCM 1.2.x and thus will be the one in ITK 2.6.
