[Insight-users] PGM images

I usually use the command-line tools from ImageMagick (http:// 
www.imagemagick.org/script/index.php ) to convert between image  
formats and do a lot of other useful image manipulations  
(particularly complex alpha channel and compositing operations).  
ImageMagick can read PGMs and write something like TIFF or PNG that  
ITK does have a reader for.
