[Insight-users] DicomImageReadChangeHeaderWrite doesn't change header values

Angela,

	This is not an entry you should be modifying (by definition). Why do 
you want to change that value ? Are you sure you want to change the 
Instance Creation Date and not Acquisition Date (0008|0022) ?
