[Insight-users] LaplacianSegmentationLevelSetImageFilter and 3D images

Hi Mary,

Please read the ITK Software guide ( 
http://www.itk.org/ItkSoftwareGuide.pdf ). The sections on "Level Set 
Segmentation" (around section 9.3.6) and "Reading and Writing DICOM 
Images" (around section 7.12) will be most pertinent.

The following examples (found in the Examples folder) may also be helpful:
    DicomImageReadWrite.cxx
    DicomSeriesReadImageWrite2.cxx
    LaplacianSegmentationLevelSetImageFilter.cxx

To process 3D images instead of 2D images, simply make the Dimension 
template parameter for the images and filter equal to 3. Welcome to the 
magic of ITK!
