[Insight-users] Need help with PermuteAxesImageFilter

Hello ,
the problem is solved, sorry for the annoyance.
The problem was as Luis described the wrong header information,
although I modified the right values, I forgot to change the counter
of the MetaDataDictionaries, so the numbers of dictionaries
I passed to the Writer was wrong and a segmentation fault occured.
BTW, the code I posted was the wrong one.
