Hi Aaron,


        The arrows are pointing the right way.


The arrows are intended to indicate the direction in which
you should move when you are mapping a pixel from the Fixed
image into a pixel in the Moving image.

Since you are using the CircleSpike.png as the fixed image
and Circles.png as moving image, the arrows (vectors of the
deformation field) point towards the center because that
the direction in which you should move the spikes in order
to match the circle.

You will find useful to read the ITK Software Guide,

in particular the "Image Registration" chapter, and specially
Section 8.3.1. "Direction of the Transform Mapping", in pdf-page
359. This section describes in detail what is the direction of
transformations in the ITK image registration framework, and
presents the rationale for choosing such direction.
