[Insight-users] Deformable Registration

Hi,
I'm trying to use the deformable registration tecnique shown in the
DeformableRegistration1.cxx example in order to track some nuclei which move
in a volume. Is there someone who knows which mathematical model is
implemented in this example and where I can find some further information,
such  as a mathematical formulation? And, of course, some suggestion about
the dummy's parameters setting.
