The class
NormalizedMutualInformationHistogramImageToImageMetric

derives from the base class
HistogramImageToImageMetric

The methods that you use for customizing the Histogram in this metric
are the following:
SetLowerBound(const MeasurementVectorType &bound)

SetUpperBound(const MeasurementVectorType &bound)

and
SetHistogramSize()

The number of samples concept is not needed in this implementation of
metric because it doesn performs subsampling on the images, it actually
uses all available pixels.
