Hi Xiahai,

Please read the ITK Software Guide,

  http://www.itk.org/ItkSoftwareGuide.pdf

in particular Chapter 7,
"Reading and Writing Images",
in pdf-page 298.


You must pay particular attention to section 7.12,
"Reading and Writing DICOM images" in pdf-page 318.


As Patrick pointed out, the source code examples
for this section are available in the directory:


         Insight/Examples/IO
