[Insight-users] Dicomseriesreader pixel scaling

Hi
I have used the example DicomSeriesReadImageWrite2.cxx to read MRI dicom
data.
It seems though like the pixel-values are scaled giving following type of
histogram.

value 0 value 0 0 value 0 value 0 0..

I suspect that the Dicom entry Rescale Slope is used in the scaling
//Rescale Slope (0028, 1053) DS 1 8 2.479121
Is it possible to turn this scaling of in the ITK wrapping of GDCM?
