[Insight-users] Untested basic filters

Folks,

I have started adding test programs for filters which were UNTESTED  . 
The first group includes

itk::OpeningByReconstuctionImageFilter
itk::ClosingByReconstructionImageFilter
itk::GetAverageSliceImageFilter
itk::GrayscaleGeodesicDilateImageFilter
itk::GrayscaleGeodesicErodeImageFilter
itk::BlackTopHatImageFilter
itk::WhiteTopHatImageFilter
itk::ParametricSpaceToImageSpaceMeshFilter

All filters in this group compile with no errors.  I have committed all 
the test programs to CVS.  I  strongly encourage first authors and 
active users of these filters to pay attention to the test runs on the 
dashboard and make necessary changes if any  problems arise.
