[Insight-users] Bug in FLTKImageViewer (GLTwoImageSliceView)

Julien,

I needed a few more features in the GLTwoImageSliceView too such as
Ability to window level each component independently. So I added them.
The key mappings should appear in the help window.
If you are subclassing from it and the key mappings bother you, feel 
free to remove them.
