[Insight-users] How to evaluate registration results

Hi:

 I use the multual information method to
registrate some intra-modal medical images and get some resulting
transformation parameters.However, I have no idea how to evaluate the
results.For advanced researches,eyeballing test is not convincing.Are there any
standard evaluating methods,or what are the most common properties used to prove the precision
of  a registraion method?
