hi all

i am trying to do the fastmarching segmentaiton example which is in the itk
software with an analyze format MRI image.
is there a way to find the optimum parameers alfa sigma beta and the
threshold for different images

i mean there has to be a way for finding these values accordingto your image
which you are using
