All,
  I'm workin on a 3D image deformation code. Here's a brief overview of
what i'm doing

1. Build a finite element mesh from a 3D image volume.
2. Run my FEM code and obtain displacements at nodes.
3. Deform the 3D image volume based on the nodal displacements.
------------------------------------------------------
I'm working on a parallel implementation of step 3. Is there a ITK
filter/class that can do this? If not, I was wondering if someone out
there had already solved this and could point me to examples/source
codes.
