[Insight-users] ImageRegistrationHistogramPlotter Problem...

Hi, 

I've find the .h but I've got a billion of errors compiling the ImageRegistrationHistogramPlotter.
Do I need to update all my itk version or only some files?
I'm using the InsightToolkit-2.0.1.
What I have to do? The example should work. 
I can't do anything with so much errors.
