[Insight-users] Task About Itk MembershipFunctions

Hi users,
       I have to use all the three 
MembershipFunctioncs(MahanalobisMembershipFunction,DistanceToMetricMembershipFunction,DistanceToCentroidMembershipFunction)as 
per user prompt using "ImageGaussianEstmatorModel" class.

Is is Possible?If Possible pls mention in Detail in Setting Means 
and Covariances.

I want to use this usage in TissueClassification of Brain 
project.
