[Insight-users] JointHistogram of two 3D images

Hi Xavier,


You will find an example on how to compute and save
the Joint histogram in:


     Insight/Examples/Registration/
       ImageRegistrationHistogramPlotter.cxx

and

     Insight/Examples/Statistics/
        ImageMutualInformation1.cxx
        ImageEntropy1.cxx


Some of these examples have been added recently so you
may have to use a CVS updated version of ITK in order
to find them.

They will also appear on the second edition of the ITK
Software Guide.
