[Insight-users] ITK registration ,implement mutual information

insight-users，您好！

	I am a student in STJU, China, I want to learn how to implement the mutual information registration 
by the method that uses histogram to compute entropy . Could someone be so kind to tell me how to find
the relative code source in ITK, and figure out the source structure for that I can read them more effectively?
