[Insight-users] Custom NeighborhoodOperator

Hello,

I am having trouble creating my own NeighborhoodOperator. I read a 
previous posting where the reference to the DerivativeOperator was 
given. However I am still not sure how I can create my own Operator. 
Specifically here are my doubts:

1. Is it sufficient if I just override GenerateCoefficients()
2. What additional things do I have to do if my Operator resides in a 
namespace outside the "itk" namespace
3. If there is a simple example code where this is done, it would be 
very helpful.
