[Insight-users] FLTK(+ITK) with Borland Compiler

Hello!

I'm trying to combine FLTK with ITK. But I have no idea how to build
FLTK with Borland C++ 5.5 Compiler.

There was once given the solution to this problem on the mailing list,
link to the site: http://www.fltk.org/links.php  was given.

But unfortunately all the links to Borland makefiles under "Web Pages"
directory are broken.

Please Help
