[Insight-users] about using DeformableMesh3DFilter to track the movement of the partial surface of the brain

I want to use the DeformableMesh3DFilter to track the movement of the surface of the brain. I do not need to track the entire surface of the brain, only part of it. So can I use a surface model, which is not a closed triangle surface to finish this job?
