[Insight-users] How to segment a volume using pre-segmented images (such MNI) ?

Hi users,

In my study i would like to segment a volume using
pre-segmented images (such MNI or ICBM). So, to do
this im trying to write the Demons Deformable
Registration (ItkSoftware Guide), on page 358, example
DeformableRegistration2. This is the right way or
there are anothers ways??? Im trying to write
DeformableRegistration2.cxx in Java but i couldn't
find the class itkWarpImageFilter.class, i can use
another class instead that ???
