[Insight-users] simple DICOM question

If i have two series; 
Series1 (x is the slice thickness, and y is the slice spacing) has 300 images.
Series2 (a is the slice thickness, and b is the slice spacing) has 500 images.

And i  know that image 1 from Series1 matches image 10 in Series 2.
Then based on the slice spacing and slice thickness, can i calculate
the corresponding matching slices in Series2 for the rest of the mages
in Series1.?

Z` = F(x, y, a, b, Z ), where Z` is the matching image in Series2 for
the image Z in Series1. Is that possible?
