Hello!

Is it not fair to expect the output from
OtsuThresholdImageFilter and
OtsuMultipleThresholdImageFilter ,when the number of
thresholds to calculate is set to 1 for the multiple
threshold filter, to be the same? 

What makes both these filters behave differently in
this scenario?
