i solved this by moving from CMake 2.0.5 to CMake 2.2.0 beta version.

Hi all,

i have fresh CVS checkout of ITK and i have problems with configuring it 
by CMake. This error appears during configuration process:

      CMake Error: Error in cmake code at
      .....Insight/Utilities/kwsys/CMakeLists.txt:384:
      CONFIGURE_FILE Problem configuring file


I am configuring on Windows XP for VS 7 .NET 2003.
