[Insight-users] Does ITK have a tool for enumerating region vertices?

Hello,

Occasionally I need to get the full set of vertices of an n-dimensional 
region. (Not just the index and size, but the full 2^n list.) Is there 
a tool in ITK that implements this enumeration already (maybe 
recursively, or via a Gray Codes-type algorithm)?

If not, easy enough to whip up, but I was just wondering since it's a 
not-fully-uncommon task.
