[Insight-users] Book on Medical Image registration

Hi Luis,

Thanks for the info. I was not knowing abt. the status of the book.
So i guess that chapter is closed. Since the cost is more than 35$. I
guess I won't be ableto get it.

Anyway Luis can you guide me to put my registration algorithm into ITK. I
would like to give you a brief abt. the same. Right now its in matlab and
is already parallelized. I have also written an application for Medical
Imaging which supports 3D viewing, segmentation, ROI calculations, 3D
image Registration (Rigid, Non-Rigid, Affine motion). It also has suport
for files such as jpeg, tiff, DICOM, minc and others.

I want to put this entire application which is currently in Matlab into
ITK. So that you can tell me weather it's worth to be used in clinics.

Ofcourse it's aprt of my Post Graduation but I am not doing for research
publication. I would Like to move from matlab to ITK+VTK+FLTK combination.
Or else I can also move onto Octave.
