[Insight-users] MeanReciprocalSquareDifferencePointSetToImageMetric not working?

Hello,

I tried to use this point set to image metric without any result.
It seems that MeanReciprocalSquareDifferencePointSetToImageMetric is
really out of date.
Indeed, it derives from SimilarityRegistrationMetric which I could not find.
Also it does not have a testing file.

I also have concerns about its image to image metric counterpart
(MeanReciprocalSquareDifferenceImageToImageMetric). The derivative is
computed by finite difference as opposed to other metrics using the
gradient image.

I rewrote those 2 classes (its a simple modification of the mean
squares metric) to give them a try. I could post them here if someone
is interested.
