[Insight-users] Linking Error vtkITKMutualInformationTransform in vtkITK Project

Hi Fucang, Hi all,

First, thank you very much Fucang for your interest in helping me out.
Yes, it works now, which is great. But I have few questions to get it running for the RGB transformation.

1. How the images are read in the algorithm. There are 94 images in the dataset you referred to. So is the algorithm transforming odd images to even images?

2. Can I use my own images in this example? What formats/resolution do I have to use?

3. Can I use RGB images and register them to Greyscale images in this example?
