[Insight-users] Where is the location of "ITKVtkFltk"?

When I was trying to build the "FastMarchingLevelSet" application, I got an 
error showing "LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 
'ITKVtkFltk.lib'", but actually ITK, VTK, FLTK have been already bulit. Does 
anybody know where the ITKVtkFltk.lib is?
