Hi Zein,
Please send us your MetaImage header (the .mhd file).
Paraview uses the MetaImage header in VTK, which uses
a slightly different parsing than the one in ITK.
It is likely that you are missing some of the fields
that the vtkMetaImageReader is expecting.
