[Insight-users] Changing the metric

Hi All,

Presently I am using MeanSqaure metric to register my data. I have observed
that, when there is a constrast change in my data set, registration frame
work moves in a wrong direction. I am planning to use some method to find
out where exactly the contrast change is happening and that slice I want to
register with MI metric. Can somebody tell me is it possible to find the
change in contrast automatically and change the metric.
