Hi, Lin Qiu:
The fuzzy k-connectedness (FC) values for all voxels are initialized as
zero except those seed points being assigned one. Then the temporary FC
value for each voxel will be updated iteratively. In the algorithms of
kVMRFOE algorithm, I use dial's implementation of DP. Every time when I
pop out a voxel (say c) with maximum temporary FC values in the queue,
the computation of FC for voxel c is done. The temporary FC values of
c's neighbors are then updated.
